Once you have confirmed your order, we will process it within 72 hours after we receive it. Regular or registered 1^st class Air Mail would take 10-14 business days from the day it was dispatched from our end. For deliveries to European countries, this period would extend to 21 business days.

Medications prescribed to someone else cannot be reused for health and safety reasons. As such, we do not accept returns of orders once they have reached you. However, if you order has been damaged on delivery, please return them so that we may quickly send the replacement order.
